After you fill out the form on our contact page, Hannah will schedule a time to chat with you more about the details and vision for your event. She will then put together a vision board based on your vision and event priorities. After reviewing the vision board, you’ll sit down with Hannah to talk about what you like/what you’d like to change and continue to brainstorm with Hannah. Once the vision board is perfected, Hannah will work behind the scenes to make the vision come to life! She will likely give you a list of to-dos which might include items like making your guest list, curating the perfect playlist, or deciding on party games. Hannah will follow up at least monthly leading up to the event to keep you up-to-date and make sure your to-do list is getting checked off.
Once the day of the event arrives, you’re stress free! All the details have been handled and now it’s just time to bring your special day to life. Hannah and her team (if additional staff is needed) will be the first to arrive to set up and coordinate with vendors, and they will be the last to leave after cleaning up and ensuring the venue is spick and span.

Both! Whether you need someone to take the reins from start to finish or just need a calm, capable presence to manage the day-of details, we offer packages to fit your needs.

For full planning, we recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months in advance. For day-of coordination or smaller events, 4–6 weeks is ideal. But don’t hesitate to check in. We’ll do our best to accommodate!
